Merge into Mini (2007)

This is a shame - it is only a variation of the hatch, and does not need its own page. Splitting it from the hatch will only lead to duplication as they share the same model choices, engines options etc etc. Warren (talk) 21:30, 10 May 2011 (UTC)

I disagree, I appreciate that this article is very much start class but I do feel that there is considerable room for expansion - the addition of more images would also be great - and that the Convertible is more than adequately covered in third-party sources to make it independently notable: [1] The technical and model details, although similar to the Hatch, are by no means exactly the same.
