Morty and Ferdie Fieldmouse should have their own Wikipedia entry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.97.38.1 (talk) 13:57, 10 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

I think there might be some confusion here in the Mickey Mouse universe between Morty Fieldmouse, Mortimer Mouse, and what would have been Mickey Mouse's original name, also Mortimer. Morty is short for Mortimer, right? Can someone make note of this? -Geopgeop 11:41, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Question

edit

Was Amelia's surname "Fieldmouse" an original family name although it belongs to no one else in the family but herself and Morty and Ferdie a name that belongs exclusively to her and her sons like how Moka Akashiya's name is Akashiya rather than Shuzen? (even though Moka's family name is obviously an anagram of ayakashi). Or does the character's given surname Fieldmouse come from a name of marriage and her née as a new given name? (Although the latter's née should be considered under "surname" on Wikipedia in my humble opinion). But the latter is not released a husband or any spouse for that matter, so where does Mickey's sister's name come from? Or does it just not come from anywhere?

I know

edit

I know that Minnie's family name "Mouse" does not make her biologically related to her boyfriend, and she is not even his wife. They are both given the name "Mouse" because of the literature in "Minnie" and "Mickey" as the "M" in the two names along with "Mouse". Just like Donald Duck and Daisy Duck, but that is besides the point. Thank you!

Question

Is Amelia's née name Mouse? Maiden name, I mean. — Preceding unsigned comment added by YouTubeAllStar7.1 (talkcontribs) 11:01, 26 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
