Not a Liberal Democrat edit
Why is this page called Michael Brown (Liberal Democrat) when it is about someone who has never been a member of the Liberal Democrats?
He has, to be clear, donated money to the party, but only during a very short period during his colourful life. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Semajmaharg (talk • contribs) 19:14, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
- I've moved the page to its current title, Michael Brown (fraudster). I don't believe this is a violation of BLP, as he has been described in such terms by reliable sources. Additionally, the previous title, Michael Brown (Liberal Democrat), was inaccurate - although he donated to the party, it's not clear that he was ever a member of it. Proposed move edit
Per BLP1E, this information should be moved to an article about the donation and its aftermath, but I can't immediately think of a NPOV-compliant title. Suggestions welcome! -- LondonStatto (talk) 15:54, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Whilst the events are verified the way the article is written and even the disambiguation is very negative, slanted and tabloidy. RafikiSykes (talk) 19:43, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
