It was copy/pasted. I found the source: http://persian.packhum.org/persian/main?url=pf%3Ffile%3D12701030%26ct%3D0 . Since the link doesn't go directly to it, you can use the search function and type in the article name, Mian Sadik Ali Khan Kalhoro. Then click the first page that comes up (A History of Sind, Volume II...) and scroll down a bit and you'll find the paragraph that was copypasted into the article.
