WikiMapia puts them at 44°5'54"N 39°55'34"E (source)
And another site at 44,1340906, 40,0072211 (source).
According to German Wikipedia, the cave is near Mezmai which has the coordinates 44.2001, 39.9570 (source). More specifically, German Wikipedia says that the cave is ca. 65 kilometers northeast of Sochi, 50 kilometers southeast of Apsheronsk / Apzheronsk, and 4.5 kilometers to the east of Mezmai.
