smoothness in the definition

For general fibre bundles, it doesn't make sense to talk about smooth variance of the metric wrt the basepoint because neither the domain nor codomain have smooth structures. perhaps the section can be rounded out by also talking about the smooth case as distinct from the general case Jgranata13 (talk) 14:15, 19 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
