The Stephen Faulk Article is not copy-write infringed because the website sited is in collaboration with the Merton Clivette Estate, http://www.californiaviewfinearts.com/, and is properly sited as a reference.

Furthermore the Clivette Estate provided this writer with these details. Therefore he is infringing on our copy-write. Many of the "Duplicate" phrases are COMMON phrases.
