Other San Jose council members have Wikipedia pages, and yet this person is deemed "not notable" because they are a "non-notable local politician" (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Khamis). This determination seems to have an element of bias - the aforementioned subject is of similar notability.
