I will add how Adelaide Nutting became involved with Hopkins and how she shaped the profession of nursing within Hopkins which lead to her shaping it across the country. I will also add the process she used to develop as a nurse and her various accomplishments. Ooyenus1 (talk) 18:52, 10 March 2017 (UTC)BunmiReply

I really like the "Career" section because of how concise and clear the information is delivered to the audience. However, I feel like the "Education" section is too brief and can be improved by adding more details. Maybe elaborate on her educational experiences before nursing school, the process of her getting into the first class of Hopkins' nursing school, and any hardships/unusual circumstances she faced in her educational pursuits given the gender inequality of that era. In addition, more sections can be added (such as Personal Life, Family, Honorary Awards etc) to give readers a more holistic and comprehensive view of Nutting's life. In this article, I really liked how it is clearly outlined with the each heading drafted with several key points that the editor wants to address. Although the article isn't fleshed out completely, it gave me clear sense in what direction the article was going at. The lead section seemed to be completely fleshed out, however, and it looks to be very solid. The section gives us a brief overview of Mary Adelaide Nutting's biography by touching on her personal life, education, and notable achievements. Overall, it gave the reader a good sense on what to expect in the upcoming article. A couple of suggestions I would like to make, however, are in the notes for the outline section. In the contributions section, I would like to see more information about who she worked with and what kind of impact she made on her respective institutions. Also, another suggestion is to include the references used in the article, itself. I understand the article isn't complete, but in the outline section, if there was information about the references, I could have made more comments if the references were viable or not. Overall, the article is off to a great start! Jcho53 (talk) 02:26, 10 April 2017 (UTC)jcho53Reply

First of all, I think the article is off to a great start. I really liked how concise everything was. Often times, I will read a wiki article that will go on and on until it answers a particular question of mine. I am a little confused because there seems to be little significance to Hopkins other than the fact that she graduated from the first class of Hopkins nursing school. I know schedules have been busy so there might not be as much time to work on it but when you work on your article I think some things you can elaborate/add: her time at the hopkins school of nursing--she's a woman...was it hard for her? You can also talk about her early life, her relationships with other nurses, any awards or new ways of doing things. I also think adding some more pictures would be good too. Overall, this is off to a good start. -Polly Berman Pajberman (talk) 05:06, 24 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
