Notability edit
The Times article just linked to re the Nottage controversy says that Borkowski has "exercised his PR skills on behalf of Michael Jackson, Sir Cliff Richard, Mikhail Gorbachev and Michael Moore." This would appear sufficient to establish his notability; I'm accordingly removing the notability template. Wingspeed (talk) 11:57, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Who the hell is Mark Borkowski? edit
The answer is currently provided (as of December 2021) by reference [1], http://markborkowski.com/about,[dead link] (but happily archived on 17 March 2012 here) ie out of his own arse. The lede is somewhat self-congratulatory—as befits a self-proclaimed "PR wizard"—and I suggest that a proper WP:RS source should be found toute suite. In the 'Controversy' section, it is claimed he created a "front page outrage" - the source[1] does not refer to any such confected tabloid-style howls: refs, please™. Furthermore, can anyone confirm his date of birth as 27 June 1959 in Stroud, Glos.? If so, this might display an interesting combination of planetary pictures. Plus,this.
