Given that the Macedonia naming dispute is still a subject of controversy and tendentious editors, especially anonymous ones, tend to do make changes to any page related to North Macedonia, see the agree naming convention consensus linked. In short, refer to the country as North Macedonia, while the language, nationality, ethnic group, and culture remain "Macedonian".
