This is a good, informative section, one that should be expanded upon. Judge Huff has made many controversial rulings, I'm sure this section could be a voluminous one. One, for example, was a civil case where the litigant had an adverse ruling by Huff remanded to her court twice, only to have her refuse to let the litigant proceed in forma pauperis. Huff also failed to notice that one defendant was listed as being exempt from civil suit due to his being a federal employee, when he was not. One defendant was granted immunity, but not the other.

That is sheer incompetence on Huff's part, and really should be included in this section.--76.212.152.96 (talk) 04:28, 7 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
