“postmemory” was coined in 2012 by Marianne Hirsch: the concept refers to the generation after the one of the Holocaust survivors, the ones who “inherit” this memory. She broadened it later on to include the memory of all survivors of genocide, victims of Communism, dictatorships etc. So the reference about “postmemory” isn’t accurate and needs to be updated. 188.155.250.121 (talk) 10:27, 25 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
