Removing "issues" template messages? edit

Hi everyone,

I believe I've addressed the issues flagged on this page. How can I request that the issues template boxes be removed?

Also, the photo I originally uploaded was taken by a photographer hired by the subject's employer. I believe it was flagged and removed because it also appears on the subject's lab website. What is the best way to address this issue / re-upload the photo without it being removed?
