I had added reliable third-party publications citations to the article where ever needed and has rewritten the article. So please remove your tags from the article.

Remove from Intro

edit

It would be better if the following can be removed for the first intro with the references and put under history

"According to the company website, among the publicly listed NBFCs of India, Manappuram is India's largest listed, highest capitalised and highest credit rated gold loan company"

Reads like an advertisement

edit

The whole article reads like an ad of the company. So, I have added the template: Advert in the appropriate sections. I also separated the last two paragraphs into a new section with the title 'controversies'. Honestly, I feel the whole article should be deleted because notability issues and because of the 'black hat' marketing technique used. --Vyttilavarkey (talk) 18:33, 9 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

No Notability, should be ut up for deletion

edit

I think this article has no notability. It does not provide any relevant information, and I am highly skeptical if someone would use wikipedia to know more about this company. Also, much of the information on the article can be found in the company website, which makes it sound like a PR exercise by the company. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Freeway1001 (talkcontribs) 08:29, 17 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
