This article should not be speedy deleted as being about a person, animal, organization or web content but which fails to assert the importance of its subject, because...

an article on this organisation is notable due to its frequent appearance in the news, particularly relating to projects in development and as a notable contributor to policy issues. Also, existing articles on wikipedia linked to an empty article on Mainstream, so it needed to be completed.
