The state paper in Niamey published a full bio, basically a prose CV. link. Incidentally, if you Google the title of his Doctoral Dissertation (Politique de Décentralisation, Développement Régional et Identités locales au Niger : cas du Damagaram), the University website has it in PDF. It's certainly helpful in filling out some of the details. There are still some details we need to construct a basic chronology of his political career, though. When was he Permanent Secretary of the Higher Council of National Orientation? When was he Administrative Secretary of the MNSD Bureau (best I can say now is that it was around 1990)? When was he appointed to the post at the Embassy to Canada? I don't think this information is available on the Internet, unfortunately. Everyking (talk) 20:53, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
