this whole thing is just made up...
Removed the spy kids section as the characters have different first and last names in the films and are from different cities and different back stories. Saying this is the same Character in spy kids is like saying All of jackie chans movies where he plays a guy named jackie are all the same guy. Their was no citations for any of the information other then the quotes about when the character was thought up.

Danny Trejo has mentioned in various interviews that they are indeed the same characters - that he is Uncle Machete some days, and Machete the killer on other days.
