Clarification needed edit
The article indicates that FDA premarket approval was received in 2004, even though the first clinial trial report was not received until 2005. How is this possible? WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:01, 17 September 2012 (UTC)
Catheter in blood vessel? edit
The article states that a balloon catheter is used to stop blood flow during retrieval as it may 'hinder' the retrieval process. Yet stoppage of blood flow is exactly the problem with ischemia! The article should explain how the MERCI retriever avoids this. 50.113.15.173 (talk) 20:34, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
