Why should prof. Laloui have a page on Wikipedia? What are the criteria supporting this?

He has researched, developed and created startups based on several patents that are transformational in modern urban design. Major energy and CO2 reductions are achieved theough his technolgy. Hello ! I fixed all the issues the article had, would it be possible now to remove the COI tag? If not, please advice on what has to be changed in order to do that. Best wishes, Wkuchars
