Team's original founding edit

The Rippers were founded as the original Slippery Rock Sliders/relocation of the Oakland County Cruisers.

The last paragraph from the league's history page: The 2012 season will bring more new teams to the Frontier League with the expansion to 14 clubs. The Schaumburg Boomers add to the presence in metro Chicago while the former Oakland County Cruisers were sold and relocated to London, Ontario, bringing Frontier League baseball back to Labatt Park after a 10-year absence.
