Nice work by Joe to expand it from a stub to its current state. Most villages and towns get rated as "low" importance, but that's not a snub to Llysfaen. As for future improvements:
- References for the information added - there are some, but more are needed
- Some formating of the existing references e.g. there shouldn't be a space between the full-stop and the reference (tedious, I know, but see WP:MOS for everything you didn't want to know about this and many, many more things...)
- Expansion of the one-sentence paragraphs, especially in the 20th century section. Can anything else be said about the railway, for example?
- Adding in historical census-related data and information about Llysfaen from the current census - see Penmon, Anglesey for examples and links
- Other MOS points include not wiki-linking individual years, unnecessary additional line breaks between paragraphs and some minor grammatical points that a good copy-edit will fix (I know what you're thinking: "Sofixit", but no time today!)
- Personally, I'd put "history" before "facilities", and I'm not sure that the number of phone boxes in the village is encyclopaedic!
- Searching in the local news websites, e.g. Daily Post may bring up some useful extra information.
- Photos? Difficult unless someone happens to be there, I suspect.
Overall, I'd give it a "start" but it wouldn't take much more to get it to a "B" grade. Hope this helps. Bencherlite 16:05, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
