This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... There is nothing promotional about it. The seriousness of the request is equal to zero. No promotion, just adding a militant group in the wikipedia database with solid and reliable sources. Wikipedia has already dozen of fighting militias in its database --LeinadLacinorhc (talk) 18:43, 23 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
