Talk:Livia Soprano

Is there any evidence that the character's name was actually Olivia as opposed to Livia? I don't remember ever hearing her called anything other than Livia. Unless somebody can show that this was her actual name, I think it should be changed. CassieBlue 17:38, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

Why does the article say, that Livia tried to manipulate Junior into committing a hit on Tony? She didn't intend that, they both misunderstood each other. The Sopranos often don't say stuff directly, but watch their dialogues again - I guess it's pretty obvious, that she never had an idea about Junior trying to whack Tony. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Blasberuf (talk • contribs) 23:11, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

I don't think that's obvious, or even true. It occurred to me years after the fact that it's a possible interpretation, but I still think the one in the article is the correct and intended one.

Far more problematic, anyway, is the fact that this article currently consists of rambling summaries of plot events surrounding Livia, but says little about her as a character. It doesn't even go into potential motives for the activities it mentions apart from the vague first sentence. 50.71.167.160 (talk) 04:33, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
