I just processed raw LIDAR data from the USGS (scanned 2015) and can confirm the height of 36 East Seventh as 323 feet. The elevation of the sidewalk on the East side of the building is 550' ASL (the lowest sidewalk around the street frontage), and the roof of the building (the West side, not the AC handlers or architectural lip) is 873'.
