Gonzales & Burke edit

Francisco Paula Gonzales & David Augustus Burke don't fit it with the other cases. Their attacks occurred on planes, both of which shot the pilots causing them to crash. That to me belongs in the other incidents Rampage Killers list.

Omar Mateen - Pulse Nightclub Shooting in Orlando, Florida edit

It seems that this would be high on the list of notable rampages on US soil though is conspicuously absent. Could there be a reason for this that I have overlooked? If not, I would suggest including this incident.

Cleanup edit

It's going to take me a bit, but I'm working on cleaning up the bare URLs in this monstrosity, the dead links, and whatnot. I'll do as much verification as I can along the way b/c there's no point in fixing the things if they don't actually support the claims.

Anyway, is there an order to this list that I'm not understanding, or is it just "first come, first serve"? Because I can reorder it alpha by state, then last name alpha to make it easier to peruse. Or I could do years, then state alpha, then last name alpha. But this is really hard to go through if you don't know exactly what you're looking for to begin with, or you're just reading a random article for fun.
