Upcoming programming

Removed things

If something is removed from the page we should note it here on the talk to see if it belongs or not.

I know all 4 of these have aired. Being in reruns may mean we should not list them as "current" but they are not "former" either since they are actively airing old episodes instead of being cancelled altogether.

I think if someone is going to remove a series from a current or rerun section they have a responsibility to add it to "former" to keep it on the page.

Family Channel shows on YTV

I have seen no press releases or news that Gaming Show (In My Parents' Garage) is moving from Family Channel to YTV. I actually wish Wikipedia was bought out so they someone can hire editors who actually cite their sources instead of relying of fanboys and amateurs who are constantly posting random nonsense. Listing Movies

Specials is one thing, but listing movies that have aired is WP:LISTCRUFT and unnecessary. I don't see any reason to keep a list of movies aired. No other lists with programming for networks have such a thing. Why have it for this network? Seems redundant and will never be complete as movies have been shown on YTV for decades. Years for shows

Shows to add...but unsure of category.

I've been looking at the early YTV years. Here's a few shows that aren't on the article currently, aired, but I can't find any info on. The titles are from newspaper listings, so it's possible they are different from the actual titles. These ones started in 1988: Story Time, How Things Work, Decade of the Family, Man and Nature, Changing Worlds, Collaborators, Roy Rogers Theatre, Karvonen, My Country, South Seas Voyage (aka In The South Seas), Lost Kingdoms, Children of the World, Story Theatre, Stories of the Century, Take Time, Going Places. @Seanpaulk, out of the ones I looked up In the South Seas comes up with a series that aired on CBC in the 1970s. Story Time comes up as an American program Kino's Storytime and a British program Storytime. It's going to be hard to add them if we don't have more information. Looks like The Collaborators (TV series), Story Theatre (Paul Sills' Story Theatre), Going Places was a gameshow hosted by Mike Darow.
