The purpose of this article is to capture deaths that have occurred on Mount Washington in New Hampshire. Due to the nature of some of the incidents that have occurred and being technically on adjacent mountains but considered being on Mount Washington, this article was expanded to include the entirety of the Presidential Range. Other deaths within the White Mountains in New Hampshire are purposely not captured here unless they occur within the vicinity of the Presidential Range. Sources form a mix of Mount Washington Observatory catalog, news articles, and secondary sources such as Not Without Peril. There are some surprising differences in accuracy of dates, ages, and locations of fatalities between sources. -- Sayden (talk) 15:05, 29 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
