Notes on the initial list edit

Some of the RPM online archives had been indexed with the months and dates exchanged, therefore it was more reliable to look at the volume/issue number for the top singles list. A few issues are also missing and may require a visit to LAC or other library with the RPM issues from 1965 to fill those in. #1 singles tended to completely disappear from the chart after a new #1 is announced - there may be a case or two where the single dropped to #2, but a slow decline of a single after a #1 peak was not commonly seen (otherwise it might have been easier to infer the #1s for the missing weeks).
