Martin County Road 713 is a county road in Palm City, Florida, known locally as Southwest High Meadows Avenue. It begins at an interchange with Interstate 95 and ends approximately 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to the north at an intersection of Martin Downs Boulevard (SR 714). It provides motorists travelling on Interstate 95 a direct route into Martin Downs and connection with the Florida's Turnpike via County Road 714. Before the completion of County Road 713, motorists on I-95 wishing to travel to Martin Downs or jump on the Florida's Turnpike had to use the SR 714 exit 8 miles (13 km) to the east, or SR 76 one mile (1.6 km) south of the County Road 713 exit.

North of the intersection with Martin Downs Boulevard (SR 714), High Meadows Avenue continues for one mile (1.6 km) to Mapp Road, which provides a back route into Port Saint Lucie, Florida via Becker Road.
