Do we need full biographies? edit

This page is unruly in length. Since we could put a lot more state sentators and state prepresentatives on the list, the fact that it is already over 100 kilibytes is not a good sign.

Since virtually everyone on the list has a seperate biography, I feel that we do not need to repeat all the information here. Specifically I see no reason to put commitee assignments.Johnpacklambert (talk) 16:41, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Um, yeah. It's a list. No reason to duplicate content that exists in an article. Entries without an article may need a brief blurb, but anything more than a sentence or perhaps two should probably go to a stub. Of course, the list could also be split arbitrarily into subpages by letter, or ranges of letters. olderwiser 21:44, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
I've cleaned the page up. It's substantially smaller; hopefully I haven't introduced any errors. -- Mikeblas (talk) 17:57, 10 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
