Episodes edit

I'm a little confused about Episode Numbers (the first number in a row) and the Production Number (the last number in a row). The official website - colbertnation.com/full-episodes/ - lists different Episode numbers than what has been tracked so far this year. They are similar to what is being tracked in Production Numbers - but even then, not fully accurate. I"m going to look for an alternate/corroborating source. OK, everyone BUT the official site seems to be starting the number where the Jan 3 show is the beginning of Season 8 - so that episode is 0801. The thing is, Season 8 started in Sept - they aren't on a calendar schedule. So, I'm going with official website episode numbering. I still don't know what the Prod # is supposed to be. Season starts in Oct. TV Guide has the season & episode list at http://www.tvguide.com/tvshows/colbert-report-2012/episode-52-season-8/colbert-report/195593 - so this should additionally clarify the Episode Number. Is the other list just supposed to be "how many total episodes there are"? Mynameiskate (talk) 01:15, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Descriptive Lines edit

I added an episode description which was a modified form of the sentence used to describe that episode (November 12) on "ColbertNation.com". I modified it because I thought the sentence was not fully descriptive. This was reverted by a user who appears to have entered most of the summaries.

So, my question is, what is the nature of the summary line, and is there a particular reason that it should be exactly the line listed on the show's website?Thegeniusboy05 (talk) 21:43, 13 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
