Episode 1 title edit

I am thinking that "Episode 301" is a production code and/or working title for the first episode, and that a more realistic sounding title will be released soon. I would like to see a reliable third-party source before re-adding this information. 117Avenue (talk) 18:47, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Wow, that was fast. 117Avenue (talk) 18:50, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
It might have been fast but the TVGuide reference is WP:SYNTH. So Random! is not mentioned and needs to be. As for "Episode301", it may be a production code but that doesn't matter. We can't discount an episode name without a reliable source for the episode name. --AussieLegend (talk) 19:22, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
How is TV Guide synth? It is a reliable episode listing. 117Avenue (talk) 19:38, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
There's no argument that TVGuide isn't reliable but the reference doesn't mention So Random! at all. References must directly support claims and without mentioning So Random, the reference doesn't do that. It's classic WP:SYNTH: "Do not combine material from multiple sources to reach or imply a conclusion not explicitly stated by any of the sources." The reference needs to explicitly state that it's referring to So Random! but what is at the source is just a TV show not assigned to any series. That's why it can't be used. In any case, it's not needed. --AussieLegend (talk) 20:01, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, I got lost in a flurry of edits. 117Avenue (talk) 02:31, 24 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Quite understandable given the efforts of some contributors. --AussieLegend (talk) 02:33, 24 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Production codes edit

I can't flag them with {{cn}}, so I'll ask here. What's the source for the production codes? I don't see them at the TV Guide or Zap2It pages for the episodes. —C.Fred (talk) 22:10, 26 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Inability to flag the production codes has been raised at Template talk:Episode list#Production codes but it hasn't gone anywhere. To your main question, the IP who added the production codes did include refs when he added the episodes,[1] but another IP deleted the refs and reordered the codes.[2] The source for the original codes was the Disney Channel Medianet reference for the first episode and it appears a bit of WP:SYNTH was used to generate the codes. I've been bold and deleted them as they're all unreferenced now and the original list was invalid because of the synth. They can always be added again if somebody can reliably source them and if we see a real need for them. --AussieLegend (talk) 03:03, 27 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Where exactly in these new citations for the production codes does it state that they are, in fact, production codes?[3] Sources must directly support claims. An assumption that they are production codes is WP:SYNTH because production code is not mentioned anywhere. This is the reason they were removed last time they were added. --AussieLegend (talk) 01:44, 30 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

If they're scheduled to guest on the show, you'll need to provide a source where we can verify it. —C.Fred (talk) 02:52, 13 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

The Ready Set edit

The Ready Set episode was originally scheduled to air on September 11 but was replaced by the Dave Days episode. It didn't air on September 18 either, apparently, and there are no reliable sources that show an air date so I have removed it from the list for now. It wasn't possible to simply comment it out due to the multiple hidden comments in the entry so the best option was to move it here, where it could be moved back into the list if/when it is scheduled. The entry was also problematic as IPs kept changing the air date without citing the new date so removing it from the article was the best option.

November 6 episode title edit

iTunes, Time Warner VOD and the Canadian listings indicate that the title is "Lemonade Mouth", not their individual names. How about an "aka", like some other articles do for episodes with multiple names? As it is, the phrase "Lemonade Mouth" doesn't even appear on the page so at first I thought it was a completely different episode. Msgohan (talk) 05:08, 10 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

If reliable sources are calling it "Lemonade Mouth", something Disney doesn't, the "|AltTitle=" field can be added for that episode. --AussieLegend (talk) 05:37, 10 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Several production codes need to be added.

Partly done: I added the first two, but the last one is the same link as the second. Feel free to reopen the request with another link. — Bility (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
