xellos edit

There is a problem with the name Xellos.. In the epilogue of the sixth novel of the main series, Xellos said that is name is " Xellos, the priest" not "Xellos Metallium". I advice to modify. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.210.202.133 (talk) 20:31, 24 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Done: modified with info from the Xellos main page. Apparently he is sometimes called Metallium after his master Zelas Metallium. —2macia22 (talk) 22:21, 18 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Rezo and Zelgadis edit

The subtitles on the UK (and, I believe, US) version of the first season of Slayers have Zelgadis state that Rezo is 'my grandfather and great-grandfather'; alternatively, people have apparently taken the Japanese statement to mean 'grandfather's great-grandfather', or in other words Zelgadis's great-great-great grandfather. In an interview of 15 June 1996 with Kanzaka (in his official fan club 'Mega Brand Project' magazine BLASTER!, covering issues no. 5 and 6), the author states under questioning from Tamiki, the leader of the fan club, that he considers Rezo to be Zelgadis's great-grandfather (after some deliberation).

In the anime and the manga, all Zelgadis states is あいつは俺の爺さんかひい爺さんにあたるはずなんだ (which means 'He is my grandfather, or my great-grandfather'); the statement is similarly vague in the first Slayers novel.

An illustration of the usual translation problem can be found here: http://kanzaka.wikia.com/wiki/Talk:Rezo

At any rate, nothing (aside from misconception) supports the assertion that Rezo is Zelgadis's 3x great-grandfather, as was previously on this page; even the mistaken 'grandfather and great-grandfather' has more to support it. Ashiyura (talk) 23:46, 9 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Lady of Nightmares edit

Should not be Lord of Nightmares actually called a Lady of Nightmares, since in Ep. 25 of Slayers Next she says: "Subete no yami no haha."? She also created both Dark and Light lords, something that mothers do... Robin WH (talk) 03:53, 16 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
