Chanel and Sterling episode titles (Roman numerals) edit

@Eriru: it looks like you're one of the more active editors on this page.

I noticed the "Chanel and Sterling" episode titles are not progressing sequentially in regards to the Roman numbering, starting with 112 (CXII). Two episodes later, it's numbered CXI - was that really a re-run of the earlier episode from April 26, 2019? Then, starting with Season 14 episode 14 the numbering gets really wrong, almost like random letters. I suppose it's possible they were numbered in the order they were produced, but aired in a different order, but how can you tell?

I searched to see if there was an official episode title list from MTV and I'm not finding it (they only make a handful of episodes available - none of the Chanel and Sterling ones). iMDB is similarly riddled with non-sequential numbering for these episodes (and may not be a reliable source anyway). Are these Roman numbers just our way of denoting these episodes on Wikipedia? If so, I'll just renumber them in sequential order, but I thought you may know for sure.   Done I fixed it to the best of my understanding. Please undo (and explain) if these episodes are numbered differently. Hoof Hearted (talk) 18:18, 24 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Splitting the article to reduce article size edit

Hi, I am considering to split the article into two: Season 1-10 and Season 11 onwards OR 2010s and 2020s. zsteve21, 20:45, 23 September 2021 (BST)

I agree. This article is too long. Blubabluba9990 (talk) (contribs) 23:02, 25 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
Does this even need to be an article at all? A clip show that hasn't had one million viewers in the last 600 episodes. The article has two sources. All my warmest wishes, ItsKesha (talk) 23:46, 10 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
There's no need to rush to split the article. WP:HASTE states, quoting: "As browsers have improved, there is no need for haste in splitting an article when it starts getting large. Sometimes an article simply needs to be big to give the subject adequate coverage. If uncertain, or with high profile articles, start a discussion on the talkpage regarding the overall topic structure. Determine whether the topic should be treated as several shorter articles and, if so, how best to organize them. If the discussion makes no progress consider adding one of the split tags in order to get feedback from other editors." Ergzay (talk) 03:50, 15 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

It is even bigger now, some two years later, and I think it is about time to split it up. I am not sure whether season number (1-10, 1-20, etc) or year interval (2011-2021, 2021-) is better. I am leaning towards season number. jp×g 23:32, 18 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

I did it. jp×g 00:34, 19 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
