There are several Mets single-season hitting records that could be broken this year. Here is a list of what we should keep an eye out for:

Slugging percentage: record is .614, Beltran currently at .631 - good chance

OPS: record is 1.024, Beltran currently at 1.018 - good chance

AB: record is 696, Reyes has 546 - small chance

Runs: record is 123, Reyes has 110, Beltran has 109 - good chance for both

Total Bases: record is 327, Beltran has 282, Reyes has 271, Wright has 260, Delgado has 249 - all four could break the record

Doubles: record is 44, Beltran has 35, Wright has 32, Lo Duca has 32 - all three could break the record

Tripes: record is 21, Reyes has 16 - some chance

HR: record is 41, Beltran has 39, Delgado has 34 - good chance for both

RBI: record is 124, Beltran has 112, Wright has 102, Delgado has 96 - good chance for Beltran and Wright, some chance for Delgado

SB: record is 66, Reyes has 55 - good chance

Extra-base hits: record is 80, Beltran has 75 - good chance

HBP: record is 13, Floyd has 11, Delgado has 10 - some chance

SF: record is 15, Delgado has 10 - some chance
