@GaiusAD: Images and links in sections heading aren't considered acceptable per MOS:ACCIM, MOS:HEAD and MOS:ICONDECORATION. They look nice perhaps, but they can create accessibility issues for some Wikipedia readers who might be using certain types of devices to read articles. This seems to be particularly the case for visually-impaired readers who may be using devices like screen readers when they access Wikipedia. Instead of using images and links in section heading it's better to use other forms of presentation to acomplish the same thing encycopedically. For example, a WP:HATNOTE like {{main}} can be used for links and images (like national flags) can be added to the body of the section if necessary using standard image syntax. If you feel there's some strong policy or guideline reason for using the flag icons and links in this article's section headings that supersedes what written in MOS:ACCESS and the other referenced pages, then please clarify what they are so that they can be discussed. -- Marchjuly (talk) 13:03, 22 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
