Debuet versus Moldova edit

The 19 players listed here as having debuet against Moldova almost certainly havn't done so. I found the same info on scrum.com but it doesn't make sense as a lot of them have more caps then listed on that website. To me, it seems, scrum.com just simply started keeping records on Germany from then on. Calistemon (talk) 09:52, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is interesting. I have also now found that scrum.com, which you are correct as being the source of the information (actually I should cite that as such), is producing flaws for the lower tier teams. A number of debuts have the wrong match, or information only starts after a certain date. It is a great database but perhaps dangerous to hold as the only source for these lower tier teams. However, what do we do about the cases in point? Perhaps add scrum.com as the source with a note for specific players suggesting they may have earlier caps that should be updated when we have a source?Kwib (talk) 11:07, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Probably the best approach for now. For most of the players that have debuet since 2008, Rugby-Journal usually mentions if that is so. I will have a look and add information when I've got some time. For the pre-2006 players, I've found no reliable source so far. Calistemon (talk) 11:56, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
