Les Pages Jèrriaises is probably the most notable Norman language site on the web, and is almost certainly the most notable Jèrriais language website. It is the first Norman site that comes up on a Google search for Jèrriais, and the first site after the Norman Wikipedia that comes up on a search for Nouormand. I'll add more details in the article, itself. The Jade Knight 01:28, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

That's a reason for having the web site listed in a "further reading" section in Jèrriais, not a reason for having a separate article about the web site itself. Please read Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (web). Uncle G 17:51, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
I've read WP:N, thanks. It's important to remember that while the Pages Jèrriaises have had a significant impact in the Norman (Jèrriais) community, Jèrriais speakership is extremely limited—there are about as many native speakers of the language as there are pages on Les Pages Jèrriaises. The references, which we cannot read, may not be third-party sources, given that the creator of Les Pages Jèrriaises also works for the sources, i.e. Jersey Evening Post. I'd suggest that this article should be merged with another related article, unless someone can come up with improved sources. Danrok (talk) 02:31, 3 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
