Children?

edit

The infobox mentions a second marriage from 2000 to 2005 and 2 children, but the article body only says he was survived by one son (presumably the "1 child" indicated in the infobox as issue from his first marriage?) The legacy.com obituary cited only states "Besides his wife, Smith is survived by his son Robbie, 18, and a brother and sister. He also has a 19-year-old stepson." How do the two children from his second marriage fit into this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.144.66.140 (talk) 03:23, 14 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

I note nndb gives the "2 children"; this legal proceeding seems to indicate "no minor children"- https://trellis.law/case/BD335594/LANE-SMITH-VS-DEBBIE-BENEDICT-SMITH - but its meaning is unclear to me at least. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.144.66.140 (talk) 03:27, 14 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
