Replaced the Prod by a Refimprove - it's for sale in major online bookstores, e.g. Waterstones etc, has an ISBN, and has independent on-line reviews including at least one scholarly magazines. So looks to me as if all that is needed are more references, at any rate doesn't deserve to just be deleted without a discussion. Added a link to a review in "The Medieval Review" to get it started.
