Do we know of a name that may be applied to the reservoir behind this dam? Curiuosly for such a large sheet of water, the Ordnance Survey label it simply as 'reservoir' and retain the name Loch Laggan for the natural waterbody further east up the glen. The Loch Laggan article on WP gives the dimensions of the natural waterbody but suggest that Loch Laggan is retained by this dam.
