Is lad lit real or not? edit

The article starts with this sentence:

Lad lit is a fictional genre of male-authored novels about young men and their emotional and personal lives, often characterized by a confessional and humorous writing style.

So, is lad lit fictional or real? – Tea2min (talk) 06:48, 5 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Lad lit (genre)Lad lit – The is required to comply with articling titling policy, specifically MOS:PRECISION. The word "genre" in brackets is overprecise - disambiguation is not required. Also its important to be consistent with other articles - chick lit, lad mag, etc which do not have a similar disambiguation Atrapalhado (talk) 13:33, 5 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • Support per nominator. Needless disambiguation. JIP | Talk 13:27, 7 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
