"the dawn" edit

according to Tom Mboyas book "Freedom and After) (1963, p. 55), "Kwacha" was the slogan of the nationalist Movement in Northern Rhodesi and Nyasaland in the early 1960s, meaning "the dawn" (in which language, I don't know). Similar to the Swahili slogan "Uhuru". --91.21.26.147 (talk) 10:50, 15 July 2014 (UTC) kwacha means dawn in chichanya, the Language widely spoken in Malawi, Zambia And some parts of Mozambique and Zimbamwe. in malawi it was a slogan for Kamuzu Banda the first president of Malawi during nyasaland. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Madalitso ck (talkcontribs) 09:11, 16 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
