Not a Canadian Artist
editWodiczko was born in Poland and lives in the US. He lived for several years in Canada but I don't think he became a citizen (correct me if I'm wrong here). I've removed Category: Canadian Artist. Freshacconci 21:25, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Wodiczko became a Canadian citizen in 1984 and a legal resident of the United States in 1986. Tablethree (talk) 19:22, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
Tactical Media Artist
editMost of Wodiczko's projects are intended to challenge or grab the attentions from people for the social problems and global issues such as immigration, homelessness, violence, and war. I think his multi-cultural background has greatly influenced on his own works. I wonder what kind of theme he is going to come up with for his next multi-media art. Also, he has done so many public projections so far, I am expecting to see his new art form. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ntakabe (talk • contribs) 20:43, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
Substantial revisions
editWhile the most recent (May 2010) revisions to the "Krzysztof Wodiczko" page offer more content than was previously available, much of the information is outdated and a great deal of it does not respect a neutral point of view. The format defined by "projects" makes it difficult to edit this page section by section. I would like to replace the page with a completely revised version. I have researched this artist's work for a number of years so the information I am able to provide has been fact-checked through many sources. Out of respect for previous contributors I offer this alert on the discussion page before proceeding. Tablethree (talk) 19:35, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
Assessment Request
editAfter careful review, I have rated this article as a B. It shows a lot of promise, and I think with the addition of a few pictures and some small revisions, it would definitely meet the requirements for GA status. I have listed it as high priority so that other editors will know to make the necessary changes. Ryderofpelham123 (talk) 21:27, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for assessing this article. There is a clean-up banner with the references but this section was cleaned up three months ago. Can this banner be removed? Tablethree (talk) 04:00, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
