I have provided the source for our article: 1884 Russian edition. IMHO, the discrepancies are not major. I am curious where is their info come from. ←Humus sapiens ^ну? 10:17, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I notice that that source (and many others that are similar, at least in English) seem to claim that Prutkov was 3 writers, while other sources seem to claim that Prutkov was 4 writers. That source also seem to indicate that Tolstoy's collaborators were his two cousins.--Filll 13:13, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
