The result of the move request was: moved to King Salmon. ErikHaugen (talk | contribs) 16:38, 17 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

King Salmon currently points to the Chinook salmon. However, the links to King Salmon show that this redirect is not often used, and that on many occasions it is used erroneously. There are multiple place names by the same name, and editors are often referring to one of those instead of the salmon. Therefore, and because the current redirect is not 'overwhelmingly' used in the sense of the fish, it would be best for the dab page to take the primary meaning. It will help to reduce errors on Wikipedia. Midas02 (talk) 16:59, 9 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
