If "urban female" means, as one would imagine it does, "black female," ("urban"="black" in Marketese, i think) how does dropping a show starring Taye Diggs but keeping one about a blond girl detective help in targeting the "urban female" demographic? I don't know if UPN has any idea what they're doing, if you want the honest to goodness truth. Except for the Chris Rock sitcom and maybe Top Model I don't think they have a single bright spot on their schedule.
