Label edit

I'm not sure. Priority is for the Friday OST but not for the single. I always download the original covers (as you probably saw it's my mania to add cover if possible), and on the 1995 copy it is printed Death Row/Interscope. I would take at least the first for sure as Dre was signed to them at the time, so no recordings could possibly be made without its permission (and Interscope was its parent company). You know there's always a line in the inner booklet of soundtrack covers that says:"Dr. Dre appears courtesy of...". So the rights of the song (single) remains in the hands of the artist's label. So please find a link that indicates the label status for the single. Lajbi Holla @ meWho's the boss? 18:32, 30 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
Touché. I think you have a good point. I can't find anything offical, but when I watched the music video on YouTube here it says Priority, and in a DVD RIP (link) it says Priority/New Line Cinema. --Ted87 18:48, 30 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
Yeap, I own those vids too (one is a Kobra rip as I remember) and it is as you said but still for the soundtrack (the joint venture with New Line Cinema simply clarifies this). But on the other hand the song itself was a part of some Death Row Records compilations (Greatest Hits for example [1]). Still I'm not sure if Priority can release it outside of the soundtrack though. Lajbi Holla @ meWho's the boss? 19:45, 30 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:DrDre-KeepRinging.jpg edit

Image:DrDre-KeepRinging.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 03:55, 3 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

J-Flexx It is well known that Dr. Dre's lyrics for this song were written for him by rapper J-Flexx. So he should be added in the writing credits. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Siwhat (talkcontribs) 05:19, 27 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
