Fair use rationale for Image:KayJill.jpg

Image:KayJill.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Thank you for being on the show for so many years. I really enjoy watchimg the Y&R and I even have my husband watching it with me. If it wasnt for you and Victor then we wouldnt even watch the show anymore. Thank you again for making the show alot of fun to watch.

Final appearance

My suggestion is that the final appearance be the May performance (prior to her death). The footage used at her funeral should remain noted within the article.
